UPDATE: Lil Wayne’s case has been moved, Karen Civil says.

Just over two months after it was initially reported thatLil Wayne was planning a $51 million lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money Records, it looks as the two parties may have come to a mutual understanding.

According to exclusive reports ontheJasmineBRAND.com, Lil Wayne has now dropped the $51 million lawsuit. Allegedly, the Cash Money Records CEO never responded to Wayne’s allegations of being played out of tens of millions of dollars for his postponed album, Tha Carter V.

“However on April 6th, Lil Wayne filed documents in the case stating he wishes to voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit against Cash Money,” theJasmineBRAND article says. “He dismissed the case ‘without prejudice’ meaning he could re-file but it appears the rapper and his mentor Birdman may have reached a truce.”
